The 390 14-gauge coil unit provides straight line sleeping posture with no sag, hammock, or roll together whatsoever. The Azzurra PT uses the Bonnel coil unit which gives more support and uses more steel than other coil units. With the support and durability of this mattress you can't go wrong. This 11 1/2" thick mattress with 2 1/2" of ultra soft foam and FR fibers to give a more luxurious feel which is better on pressure points. The Azzurra PT also has a 2" of comfort foam for a more plush feel than regular foam as well as 1" of support foam. A fiber pad insulates the coils from pushing into the foam layers. This mattress is also equipped with a cover flange that helps prevent the slipping of materials inside the mattress.
