The 13 gauge, 460 Verticoil provides a straight line sleeping posture with no sag, hammock, or roll together whatsoever. The Hotel Deluxe Firm uses the Verticoil because it give a much more supportive feel and uses more steel than the average coil unit used by other manufacturers. With the support and durability of this mattress you can't go wrong. The Hotel Deluxe Firm uses a steel re-enforced edge to give up to 10% more sleep surface with no "roll off" feel. This 10 1/2" thick mattress uses 1" of ultra firm foam with HR fibers, 1" of comfort foam, and 1" of suport foam to give firm and supportive feel. A fiber pad insulates the coil unit from pushing up into the foam layers. The mattress also has a cover flange underneath the fabric to keep the foams from shifting over time.
